1. I promise to use the items I am borrowing from Borrow it Winchester safely and responsibly. I understand that Borrow it Winchester does not claim to be an expert on the items, so I am responsible for determining whether an item is suitable for my intended use.

2. I agree not to hold Borrow it Winchester, its trustees, employees, volunteers, and members responsible for any injuries I may suffer while using the borrowed item.

3. I agree to release Borrow it Winchester, its trustees, employees, volunteers, and members from any liability for injuries to people or damage to property that may arise from my use of the borrowed item.

4. I have read and understand the rules and regulations of Borrow it Winchester. If I don't follow these rules, Borrow it Winchester will revoke my borrowing privileges and/or take legal action against me.
